Private & Semi-private Yoga

Private yoga sessions are a perfect way to begin your yoga journey! Customized to meet your goals and needs, one-to-one person sessions can take your practice to the next level or focus on a particular area of concern. Private yoga is frequently recommended for back pain and migraines, to improve flexibility, strength and balance, and as a tool to manage depression or anxiety or stress in general. Custom yoga is also a powerful adjunct in chronic disease management, including MS, diabetes, and arthritis.

Semi-Private Yoga sessions are customized and booked in advance and allow groups of 3 or 4 to practice yoga together in a semi-private setting.  This option allows you to create your own yoga class on the day and time that meets your needs.  $45/person/month.
