Classes

Haught Yoga is a petite studio with an abundance of style! Our mission is to provide you with a special and exclusive experience each time you visit. We love you and never want to turn you away, but in order to create the atmosphere that we offer, our class size is limited.

 

We highly encourage monthly registration to assure your spot. As space permits, we welcome drop-ins but cannot guarantee a space without your prior sign up. 

Fusion (Tuesdays at 8:45 a.m. & 5:30 p.m. and Wednesdays at 5:00 a.m.)

Mix it up with a fitness class that combines yoga, pilates and strength training . Quick moves and slow, long holds make up a dynamic, kick your asana class!  

Experienced Beginner/Intermediate Yoga

( Wednesdays at 9:00 a.m. and  6:00 p.m.)

All levels welcome. 

True Beginner Yoga ( Wednesdays at  7:00 p.m.)

Slower paced practice geared toward those new to yoga or those just wanting to slow down and deepen their practice.

Mens Functional Movement Class (Tuesdays at 7:45 a.m. to 8:30 a.m.)

Not your wife's yoga class. This class is for the fella's only, with a focus on functional movement to improve balance, strength and flexibility.

Haught Mama Prenatal Yoga (Mondays at 7:00 p.m.)

A class for any trimester, to safely help you prep for birth. Learn postures perfect to use during labor, breathing techniques and movement practices to prepare you for the work of labor. Experience the support of other​ mamas in this fun and learning filled class!
