Classes

Haught Yoga is a petite studio with an abundance of style! Our mission is to provide you with a special and exclusive experience each time you visit. We love you and never want to turn you away, but in order to create the atmosphere that we offer, our class size is limited.

 

We highly encourage monthly registration to assure your spot. As space permits, we welcome drop-ins but cannot guarantee a space without your prior sign up. 

Fusion (Wednesdays at 5:00 a.m.)

Mix it up with a fitness class that combines yoga, pilates and strength training . Quick moves and slow, long holds make up a dynamic, kick your asana class!  

Experienced Beginner/Intermediate Yoga

( Tuesdays at 10:00 a.m.,  Wednesdays at 9:00 a.m. and  6:00 p.m.)

All levels welcome. 

Gentle Yoga Tuesdays at 6 p.m. 

Slower paced movement with fewer ups and downs but still strength, balance and flexibility building. A great class for beginners or seasoned yogis.

Haught Mama Prenatal Yoga 

A class for any trimester, to safely help you prep for birth. Learn postures perfect to use during labor, breathing techniques and movement practices to prepare you for the work of labor. Experience the support of other​ mamas in this fun and learning filled class! Returning in August!
